RVC Coalition Receives $200K Opioid Prevention Grant

The RVC Coalition for Youth expands its prevention programs with new federal funding.

ROCKVILLE CENTRE — The Rockville Centre Coalition for Youth has been awarded a $200,000 federal grant to expand its substance misuse prevention programs over the next four years. The funding comes from SAMHSA and will support education, family services, and community outreach.

The grant is one of only 45 awarded nationwide and the only one in Nassau County, reflecting the coalition's proven track record of effective prevention work.
